Christmas Message by Fr. Mario Pacifici

Posted: December 14, 2011 by Andiamo Web Office in Tour 2011, Uncategorized, World Youth Day 2011

Christmas 2011

Today, 14 December, is my birthday
and I invite you to join me in thanking the Lord
for the simple and great gift of life,
with its joy and sorrows.

Day by day it is a renewed commitment
in order to answer the call to life
to always live with joy and generosity
for donating it in its fullness.

A journalist asked Mother Teresa of Calcutta:
“What should change in the Church?”
She answered: “You and me”.
The child Jesus is coming again
and with trust we have to ask ourselves
“What can I change in my life,
for the world and the Church to be better?”

“If you accept that
the face of your neighbour is not similar to yours,
accept also that their opinion are different from yours.”

From Malawi the wish that Christmas
will gift the sobriety,
the universal brotherhood
the solidly love
and prepare our refectories
to welcome Jesus with joy
and also who is near and far from us

Remembering Pope John Paul II and Workers

Posted: May 6, 2011 by Andiamo Web Office in Uncategorized

First May is celebrated in all world to remember workers,
How much fatigue, how much sweat, how many injustices,
but how much honor too, and joy in the commitment in the construction
of our world worthing more and more to be the beautiful house for everybody

The first may 2011 was also the day of the beatification of John Paul II
I would like to share with you unforgettable moments of our meetings with him
in Malawi and in Rome from 1989 to 2000, year of the great jubilee

Commendation and thanks to the Lord for John Paul II
so precious gift for the Church and for the whole world
To us the commitment of continuing on his example to live the universal love
and to sing it also through the Alleluya Band Rhythm

2011 Augural Easter Message from Fr. Mario Pacifici

Posted: April 16, 2011 by Andiamo Web Office in Biography, Uncategorized

Palm Sunday opens Holy Week that culminates with Easter.

Our world seems to become darker and darker, but the light of the Risen Lord,

once again, illuminates a new way of life and universal brotherhood.

We all feel a deep desire for peace that seems shattered by wars,

known or unknown, which starting and then dragging in the silence,

causing untold human tragedies.

“WALA WALA – LIGHT UP LIGHT UP”
is the cry of joy of the Easter Vigil

that Alleluya band will take to Italy and to Madrid for the World Youth Day,

as a sign of renewed hope in God, who counts on us to give new life

to our hearts, our communities and all peoples of the world.

“The wind blows out the small fires and fuels the great fires!”

The strength of the Risen Christ is able to turn off the limits of our selfishness

and feeds the aspirations of our great brotherhood solidarity.

The hope of Easter and the result is a desire

to welcome each other, to accept, to listen and love,

without prejudice and without the borders of cultures, races and religions.

It is possible, if we believe and make our part.

See you in Italy in July and in Madrid in August, God willing.

Thank you very much and let’s go on together, it’s worth.

Greetings from Balaka

fr. Mario

PASQUA 2011

provocando tragedie umane incalcolabili.
